With consecutive Chef Hats awarded in the Age Good Food Guide since 2013 and a collection of prestigious wine awards, Paringa Estate has firmly established itself as a top-tier destination for exceptional food and wine experiences in the region.
The restaurant exudes an air of elegance and luxury, featuring a sleek Corbusian facade and a plush interior. Situated amidst the rolling slopes of the vineyard, guests can enjoy breathtaking views while observing the Toulouse geese freely wandering. Furthermore, the dining room boasts expansive windows that offer a glimpse into our winery, where our 35th vintage has recently been crafted.
At Paringa Estate, our menu pays homage to the abundance of locally sourced, seasonal produce. Our beef hails predominantly from Gippsland, while the pork is sourced from the Western Plains of Victoria, ensuring the highest quality. Additionally, we prioritize using fresh seafood from local sources. The chefs at our establishment take great pleasure in foraging for ingredients in the surrounding region. During the autumn season, our menu features delectable wild mushrooms such as Saffron Milk Caps and Slippery Jacks. Throughout the year, we also incorporate wild sea herbs, hand-gathered from nearby shores, including Pig Face, Samphire, Sea Parsley, and Sea Mustard.
